BASELN may collect enquiry, application, coaching and usage information only for assessing suitability, communicating with applicants and clients, maintaining the coaching record and meeting legal obligations. Marketing consent is separate from service communication.
Service providers and retention
Any service providers used by BASELN to operate coaching or communication will be identified in the final policy. Retention, deletion, access and correction processes will be documented before launch.
Sensitive information
Do not submit sensitive medical information through the first application. Any health screening required for onboarding is handled securely and only when necessary.
