These working client terms explain the current application stage for BASELN individual performance coaching and require legal review before production launch.
Coaching scope
BASELN offers individual performance coaching by application. Submitting an application does not create an enrolment, payment or coaching agreement. If BASELN invites you to proceed, the relevant scope, suitability process and any payment or cancellation terms will be confirmed before you decide to begin. BASELN does not promise a particular outcome.
Client responsibilities
Clients must disclose relevant limitations, follow appropriate health screening and communicate changes that affect training. Coaching does not replace medical care.
Communication and platform
Programme delivery, review and communication boundaries are agreed before coaching starts. Training Room availability, acceptable use, programme ownership and personal-use rights will be stated in the final agreement.
